Comparison of Freeze-dried Bone Allografts and Demineralized Bone Matrix Combination in Patients with Benign Cystic Lesions and Nonunions

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the clinical and radiological results patients who treated combination Corticospongiosis dried frozen allograft (AG) with Demineralized Bone Matrix (DBM) AG in had bening cystic lesions (BCLs) nonunion.Materials Methods: This retrospective included a BCLs nonunion, underwent DBM / or during operation followed radiologically clinically. Patients were Group I nonunion II. II divided into two groups as A B. DBM-AG group Goldberg evaluation scale used evaluate graft appearance its union potential.Results: In study, 101 included. Forty-eight 53 When comparing IA IB, there significant difference terms their scores (p=0.011). IIA IIB, (p=0.014). score statistically significantly higher.Conclusion: treatment AG-DBM is more effective than alone clinically radiologically.
